Miscellaneous: Duke of Wellington: 1806 (Mar. 27) letter written and signed by Baron Arthur Wellesley, latter the Duke of Wellington, to Hugh Campbell esq., from his residence in Berkeley Square. In the letter the Baron offers his condolences following the death of Captain Boswell Campbell, the brother of the recipient. He writes “he was an officer with whom I had the advantage of seeing frequently and I never knew one of his rank and situation in whom I could place my confidence with a more certain belief that my expectations from him could not be disappointed”, also a copy of the letter.
