Imperf, cons. 30-69, Patos boxed cancel (Schatzkes 1416), clear to ample margins, diagonal crease, F.-V.F. appearance, postmark not listed beyond the 1861 issue, Saltillo is the only district to receive 1869 12c Thin Figures, fewer than ten copies have been recorded, a very small sub office and extremely scarce stamp.
