Horizontal strip of six, cons 2-70, large margins to just in at top right, tied by "Franco, Tlacotalpan, Ago, 7, 1871" cds's (Schatzkes 1805) on certified cover front receipt to Veracruz, certified boxed date stamp (unrecorded) and six strikes of the Tlacotalpan Seeing Eye handstamp as well as three strikes of the Orizava Pointing Hand handstamp (VER 137/11 & VER 85/9); cover front with edge wear and tears, vertical file folds with one affecting third stamp, F.-V.F., a remarkable and extremely rare oversized certified usage from Tlacotalpan.
