Mexico, 1864-66, Eagle, 2r orange, Puebla, strip of four, cons 8-1865, sub 12, tied by Tepeaca oval cancels (Schatzkes 1239) on 1865 cover front to Huamantla, with additional strikes at corners, manuscript dated above stamps; scissor separations in margins at top and vertical file fold affecting left stamp, otherwise Very Fine, the only existing stamps from the subconsignment of 60 stamps; with 2011 MEPSI certificate.
