Mexico, (Puebla) Cholula, boxed straight line postmark (Yag & Bash PU90) on 1795 colonial registered front to Mexico City, with manuscript "Franca Gomez" marking which was the name of the postmaster, fancy scroll "Franqueado En Puebla" handstamp at right, manuscript cross hatching around the edges; few small internal holes with one slightly affecting Cholula postmark, otherwise Very Fine, one of the earliest usages of the Cholula marking, less than 20 Colonial registered fronts are known and most are now in the large Soler collection.
