Mexico, Mazatlan ½r-8r Hildalgo Complete. Plus 2r emerald and a gorgeous 1r with plate variety inverted 4r value tablet entry (Pos. 55, Follansbee 2pv1), each is choice and all but the 4r have red Mazatlan (Schatzkes 739) cancels, Very Fine and scarce this nice, 8r with 1978 M.E.P.S.I. certificate.
