No.25' cachet in violet; 1940 Wau-Sydney with 'RELEASED BY CENSOR' handstamp; 1940 to Wisconsin with makeshift censor label & boxed Censor 16 cachet; and 1941 stampless OHMS 'RETURNED LETTER' envelope with 'DEAD LETTER OFFICE, RABAUL, NEW GUINEA' imprint to California; a few minor issues but generally fine to very fine.
