LIBYA COLLECTION, a couple hundred mixed mint and used, hinged and mounted in a Scott Speciality album, the collection runs to about 1950 with some later, includes a B.O.B. section with Semi's and Airmails, overall mixed condition with some faults to be expected but for the most part a pretty clean collection, there are values up to about $50 with some higher, also includes a few dozen stamps from Italian East Africa, a very nice starter collection, (ENV 500-600) (Image)
