STATE REVENUE COLLECTION AND ACCUMULATION, one mans lifetime collection and accumulation of thousands of state revenues, mixed mint and used, contained in five albums and stockbooks, there is a very wide range of material from virtually every state, even though there is duplication in some areas there key to this lot is the amazing variety of states and material, the overall condition is mixed and faults are to be expected which is pretty much the norm for this area of philately, we noticed dozens of items with retail values in the $25-50 range and maybe a couple hundred aroung $10 and then lots of other stamps, this collection is offered as received and intact, there should be a huge amount of retail value here, (ENV 750-1,000) (Image)
