SECOND AND THIRD ISSUE COLLECTIONS, includes a few dozen various singles, mounted on album pages, good variety but there are 1-3 of some but some are mint, used and CC's for a particular issue, there are a few dozen stamps which catalog in the $50-150 range, the overall condition is mixed and there are some faults but generally pretty nice, all the pages are scanned, plenty of useful material here (Image)
