Each on separate matching registered 1942 First Liberia - U.S. Flight cachet airmail covers, all except $1 issue in combination with a 10¢ Postage Centenary issue for registry fee, all tied by "Monrovia, Liberia, 14.II.1942" cds's; some minor cover edge wrinkling at upper right, otherwise Very Fine, a rare matching flight cachet set of this scarce 1941 Provisional Issue; $1 cover with 1953 P.F. certificate. Scott No. C17-C26  Estimate $750 - 1,000. Because of WWII and possibly other technical problems, the flight did not actually take place until June 23rd, 1942.
