#67, 1882-865c Blue gray in pair, on November 15, 1886 commercial envelope from Ponce to Paris, tied by dispatch c.d.s. in blue, showing neat French "Ponce/Paq. Fr. F No3" octagonal datestamp, this being a type not seen by Raymond Salles, but supposed by him to exist (salles 1.606 supposé), being registered in his catalogue but not illustrated, stamps slightly affected by wrinkles and punch holes, of no significance for this extremely rare and most desirable marking of the French maritime mail, which exhibits a wonderful strike; ex-Borromeo d'Adda.
