10 Bani ultramarine, large even margins, neatly tied BRAILA/10.SEP.72 cds on folded printed matter to Genova, Italy, a very fine and extremely rare usage, only 15 covers are known with this stamp and this is one of only two known used on printed matter going abroad, cert.
