Vertical pair used on part of a registered linen envelope front or parcel wrapper, along with one each 2¢, 40, $½ & $1 (Scott 34, 38-40, Michel 29a, 33, 34IA & 35IA), tied by 18 Jun 1914 Tsingtau cds's and sent via Siberia to Hamburg; vertical and horizontal file folds not affecting stamps; a Very Fine and rare high value usage.; with 2007 R.
