The ACSC states in footnote 6 that "monogram blocks including the triple perf are known ... with JBC monogram, there is a ... block of 6 (price $2500) and a pair". It is not clear whether this is the pair to which the ACSC refers, or another previously unrecorded example.
½d green Plate 1 with the Watermark Inverted No Monogram strip of 3 ACSC 1a(1)za in a block of 6 (3x2) from the lower-left of the sheet, light vertical bend across the right-hand units, a few hinge remainders but the lower units are unmounted, Cat $1800+, for six singles with the watermark inverted. Rare: the only such No Monogram piece recorded. Ex Colonel Harrie Evans: sold at our auction of 9.5.2001 for $2310. [The ACSC does not list or price No Monogram pieces with the watermark inverted, but states that from Plate 2 three 'CA' Monogram pieces (Cat $3500+, for mounted) and one 'JBC' piece (Cat $5000, for mounted) have been recorded]
