½d Orange Overprinted 'OS' BW #69(OS)a block of 4 (plus 3d Air perf 'OS'), tied to airmail cover by three clear strikes of 'AIR MAIL/2/8JE32/2/SYDNEY/NSW' FDI datestamp, backstamped 'BRISBANE/9JE32/QLD', typed address to Colaco Belmonte in Brisbane. [Brusden White state that the stamp was first issued in Sydney on 8 June 1932. Belmonte was Dutch Consul in Sydney and a keen collector who often self-addressed his covers.] (Image1)
