1920 (10 Aug) cover sent by a German POW in Piervaya Retschka Camp near Vladivostok to USA, framed "Prisonniers de guerre" and "Censored by the Camp Commandant" (in Cyrillic) cachets, addressee not found in New York and the cover was returned back to the Camp and forwarded from there, showing red and violet censor cachets applied by the Japanese, who at this late stage controlled the Prisoner of War Camps jointly with the Bolshevik authorities (Image)
