Mostly mint except for early and some back-of-the-book issues, in Minkus album, virtually complete to 1906 missing only a few issue and mostly mint with better mint definitives, good early dues including 2nd issue complete mint, 1879 issue complete mint, later special delivery's in sets mint, mostly complete 1910-20's with good mint sets throughout including back-of-the-book, 1930-50's mint sets including n.h., social republic and Trieste issue with much in complete sets mint, few covers, and other material, a strong collection with lot of better and condition well above the normal, worth careful evaluation.
