VIII. 42", old style "R" label and two line censor's cachet "VERIFICATO PER CENSURA, Campo Concentramento A.D." alongside. at back "CETINJE 16. VII.42" transit and "SHKODER, 17.8.42" arrivel, another boxed censorship chacher in violet, the envelope was endorsed by the addressee to indicate receipt of a 200 Lira cheque. (Image)
