1854, 4 a. blue/red, 2nd Printing, Worn Head Die II, two cut-to-shape examples, and 1 a. dull red, four very good margins, tied by losange of dots to an envelope to Jersey, alongside red cds. "(LONDON) 1855 17 AU BN" and crescent shape "INDIA PAID", reverse framed boxed "BANGALORE 1855 JUNE" and arrival cds. "JERSEY AU 18 1855 A". A fine and attractive cover with a scarce destination.
1854, 4 a. blue/red, 4th Printing Frame Die II, Head Die III, cut to shape, fresh colours, neatly tied by losange barred obliterator "238" MURREE (Martin Type 5) to small envelope to London, alongside red framed "PAID" and illegible cds., endorsed on front "Via Bombay", reverse "AM", "PM" and indistinct cds., part of back flap missing and usual wrinkles, still fine and scarce solo usage
1854, ½ a., 1894 Reprint in browinsh-red, block of six unused without gum as issued, showing large " I M E" on reverse, good to large margins all around, one stamp small thin, fine and scarce

1864 8 p. purple, 1 a. brown and pair and a single 2 a. yellow, used on an envelope, tied by the Calcutta `B1´ octagonal in black, also two manuscript ink line cancels and the boxed ÌNDIA/PAID` in red, sent to Epping, England, backstamp dated February 9th 1864, with arrival datestamp in black to front March 13th, endorsed `Via Calcutta and Marseille Per after packet`, does have a vertical filing crease to left side well clear of stamps, some wrinkling to edges and the odd minor tone spot to stamp perforations, otherwise a very fine tri-colour combination franking via France; a scarce example.
