Inverted Head on Cover 1863 15c Blue with HEAD INVERTED tied by PISA 21 FEB 63 cds on entire folded lettersheet to Reggiollo, reverse bears several transit cds markings including Bologna and Guastalla, the adhesive has a very clear and pronounced embossing of King Emanuele II and large margins all around, very light creasing at top left but well outside the design of the stamp and mentioned for accuracy only, a top Regno item signed by Paolo Vaccari (Sassone €300’000) Note: There are only 5 singles recorded (one on fragment, several have faults) and ONLY two covers (Domaso 1-1-1863 and this one).
