1949 Haifa local EXPRESS cover, sent unfranked on January 3, 1949, so hs “T” (narrow top bar) was struck and franked with a total of 103m in dues incl 50m, two 20m pair of 5m and single 3m, all cancelled by Jan. 13 cds, with Jan. 14 receiver (at bottom left, also tying 50m).
