China, I-Chan : 1911 (5 Aug.) express mail entire letter document from the Viceroy in Wuhan, Hubei Province, to Beijing (28.9), with large purple seals, the Revolution broke out shortly after receipt of this document, 1911 (Nov.) official envelope from the Yogding River Prefecture, Chili Province, in Gu'an to Magistrate Yang in Tianjin, in reference to his promotion (which became moot with the collapse of the Empire shortly afterwards), and 1911 official envelope (with accompanying document) from the Commander of Luizhou to the Home Secretary of Guangdong Province requesting a subsidy for the special courier carrying this mail, fine (3).
