Hawaii, (Plantation) Hamakua Mill Co. Full strike of purple straight line handstamp (Davey 603) tying 1894, 2¢ brown on small piece, Very Fine and scarce. Scott Nos. 75; Estimate $200 - 300.
Hamakua Mill was located between Paauhau and Paauilo in the Hamakua District of the Big Island and was managed by J. R. Renton until 1899 when A. Lidgate became manager.
