Dateline on lenghty 2 page letter to Oswego, N.Y., entered the U.S. mails with red "New Bedford, Ms., Jan 15" cds, matching straight line "Ship" handstamp and manuscript "12" rate, letter relateing to commerce and lengthy voyage; expertly repaired at lower left and light stains, F.-V.F., J.
