The 2 piastre small margin abrasion and the 15 piastre two teeth minimally stained, otherwise in well used condition (envelope slightly trimmed due to opening on the right). An extraordinarily scarce letter.

The stamps (postage stamps) come from UPU stocks, which were delivered to the member states and in some cases marked accordingly by them. Very rare, we have registered only two wide sets. Hand signed Grobe.

Die Marken stammen aus UPU-Beständen, die an die Mitgliedsstaaten ausgeliefert und von diesen teilweise entsprechend gekennzeichnet wurden. Sehr selten, wir haben nur zwei weitere Sätze registriert.
