A rock-hard two volume mint and used German Areas collection hinged and or mounted of several hundred items on Scott large formatting pages. Well balanced and strong in the States, Colonies, and Plebiscites. Also, a decent DDR collection thrown in for a bonus. Condition is a little bit mixed in the earlier issues as to be expected then turns consistently cleaner as the new the material progresses.
