Registered philatelic covers comprising 1902 with German Levant stamps tied by 'BERLINHAFEN' cds, 1901 front with 3pf x2 & 40pf plus Overprints 25pf, 1907 with all values to 80pf, 1903 with 3mk (R label damaged) & 1906 with marginal exceptionally centred 5mk ('Matupi' label amended with 'HERBERTSHOHE' handstamp), four unused GNG PPCs & Zieher-type Coins PPC; a few minor blemishes but fine to very fine.  (10)

POSTAL HISTORY: 1911 (May 11) usage of parcel card to "Varzin Pflanzung [= plantation], Herbertshohe/Deutsch-Neu-Guinea" with 30pf pair & 2mk on the face plus 50pf & 1mk pn the reverse all tied by 'BREMEN' cds, very fine 'HERBERTSHOHE/31.7/11' arrival backstamp, corner crease well clear of all the stamps & postmarks.
