1840-1981 MINT & USED COLLECTION: Windsor GB album containing a mounted collection from QV-QEII. Inc. 1840 1d blacks (5 - one on 1841 EL to Pontefract ex Leeds cancelled by black MX (poor), and 3 cancelled by fair-fine MX's in red (2) or black), 1d reds, 2d blues (inc. 3 1840 issues), other QV/KEVII issues to 10/-, KGV Seahorses to 10/- (23, all heavily cancelled), British Empire Exhibition issues (4 - 1924/25 1d red + 1½d brown), £1 black PUC issue (lightly cancelled by cds in center), a complete set of KGVI issues to £1 pre-decimal QEII issues to £1 (inc. a complete set of mint Castle issues), and decimal QEII to £1. Colour appears to have been removed post printing rathe than a 'dry print'; pair of 1912 KGV 1½d chestnut showing "HALFPENCF" error SG 364a (£175), 1912 KGV 1d bright scarlet (SG 357) mint showing 'blotch' of missing colour; KGVI 3d pale violet vertical strip of 3 with 'doctor blade' flaw and 4d light ultramarine in corner marginal block of 24 showing a dry print through the vertical column of 8 stamps at the right.
