1947 UPU Delegation book in French and English for the Paris Congress, includes various photographs and a postal history from the Dockwra, stamps affixed included 1940s pale colour defins, 1939 low values 2/6, 5s & 10s ultr., 1940 Stamp Cent. set, 1946 Victory, Postage Dues 1937-8 set 8 (Cat £290), then some P.O. in Tangier, Postal stationery cards and envelopes, regd env, each glued or affixed to the pages.
