Fine horiz strip of 3 tied to aged OHMS 'INLAND REVENUE' registered envelope (large violet 'R' in violet and inscribed in blue crayon "Fee 2d paid") by three d/r cds 'QUEEN'S SQUARE BELFAST/PM/6 30/AU26/01'.
