RARITY: GJ.96, 1889 ¼c. José M Paz, block of 4 with private impression "LE LOUVRE ROSARIO" (forerunner of PERFIN), mint without gum, one stamp with small fault and the rest of excellent quality. According to the CLM specialized catalog there are 4 examples in existence, I think that there are about 20/25 in total (I have seen this variety in many collections that I have examined), and this is probably the only one in block of 4!
