Earlier covers include a group of first flight 1932 6c on 5c Ottawa Conference Air Mails "Ottowa - Bradore Bay" (note spelling mistake) along with other back of the book Air Mail and Special Delivery covers, with a good representation of Mufti, War, Medallion, Pictorial and Peace issues and various commemoratives from the 1930s to 1960s (Loyalists, Imperial Economic Conference, Wildlife series, etc.) and two replacement covers (Suzor-Côté and Emily Carr). Six more recent Canada Post Official FDCs are notable: 3 with plate blocks of the 1989 Regiments issue (UL, UR and LR), the 2004 Victoria Cross issue apparently signed by VC and Order of Canada recipient, Ernest "Smoky" Smith, the 2005 Year of the Rooster issue signed by the designer, and the 2005 Fly Fishing issue se-tenant cover signed by one of the fly's creators.
