FRENCH SO. ANTARTIC TERRITORIES COLLECTION IN SCOTT SPECIALITY ALBUM, few hundred mint and used for many issues, hinged and mounted in a Scott Specialty album, runs to about 1998, there are several B.O.B. items, also a number of duplicates in the back of the album, there is also a good run of FDC's from the early 80's to the early 90's, the overall condition is pretty clean with some scattered faults to be expected, we noticed several items with values in the $150-200 range, there will be a good amount of catalog value here, (ENV 1,250-1,500) (Image)
