Back has (4) pmks: (2) dc "WASHINGTON, D.C./DEC/8/1938/(REG.REG.)" in red, dc pmk "NORWALK, CONN./DEC/10/1938 REGISTERED" and dc "SOUTH NORWALK,CONN/DEC/10/1938/REGISTERED "both in purple". Condition is very good, very little wear at edges & corners, has residual corner-mount stains on reverse along w/pencil note. Overall still a very nice high-value Prexie FDC Cat($50) (Image)
