1917 (Oct 12) Large registered envelope from Harrar to Madrid, franked at seven times the single external rate with 1917 1/2g rose in block of ten and pair, the latter applied on reverse, 1g green and orange in pair, and 2g blue, all tied by cds's on departure, the block of ten being additionally cancelled by hs of the French censorship, backstamped with "Marseille à Yokohama N°5" octagon and Madrid ds, an exceptional and unique franking. 1936 (May 4) Registered envelope (opened for display) from Dire Dawa to Zurich, bearing 1936 Red Cross 8g on front, 1936 New Currency 5c on 1g and two 10c on 2g on reverse, all tied by cds on dispatch, alongside Djibouti and Zurich cds's, an unusual franking bearing the two 1936 issues (which only lasted for two-three months) on letter forwarded five days before the Italian occupation.
