Egypt 1882 printed bank cover from Cairo to Milano franked by French 15c. and 10c. in combination with German 10pf. all tied "CAIRO DEPART 6 NOV 82" c.d.s. The illegal German 10pf. not accepted and charge for postage due, with respective Italian postage due stamp 50c. tied by numeral "17" in circle of bars, with arrival backstamp.
