1885 (March 11): Formular postcard of the Eastern Roumelian postal administration bearing the 20 para adhesive, tied by mute barred obliterator with matching "POSTE YAMBOL" cds alongside, both in green, directed to Vienna, obverse with "CONSTANTINOPLE-GALATA" (March 28) transit cds and oval "LANDSTRASSE WIEN" (March 30) datestamp. Reverse with another STAMBOUL transit cds.rnNote: Mail from Eastern Roumelia always had to go first to Constantinople, even if directed to the west to show that Eastern Roumelia was still an integral part of the Ottoman Empire.
