PETER WILLIAMSON DATED "* E.PENNY POST NOT PAID" WITH "g 12" ERROR FOR "Aug 12" IN CENTRE; 11 Aug. 1786 EL from "Drygrange" (near Melrose; taken privately to Edinburgh and posted there) to "Bunkers Hill, Edinr." (a little-known 18th century name for the newly built St. James' Square) with a mainly fine circular Peter Williamson Post "* E.
