2092, 1994 Event Cover celebrating 60 years of the Federal Duck Stamp Program, a Diamond Jubilee ccl from Lincoln, NE on Oct. 28, 1994, incls Neal Anderson's red-breasted merganser pictorial ccl (RW61 designed by Anderson was the current year stamp). The cover is autographed by Robert Lesino, Duck Stamp Chief, along w/several federal stamp artists who were present at the event. Each artist noted the year(s) of their stamp design.
