1879 (Feb 5) cover from NICOSIA to London Biddulph correspondence franked by Great Britain 1878-80 2 1/2d rosy mauve pl.12 (corner perf was folded under but now has been unfolded) tied by light 969 numeral with very fine despatch cds alongside. On reverse Larnaca transit cds (FE 5) and London arrival cds (FE 15). Trivial edge wrinkles but particularly neat and attractive. A fine and rare cover from this office. (Image)
