1899 Puerto Pricipe issue 1c. on 1c. green and 13x 3c. on 3c. purple used on registered cover from Havana (14. June 1899) to Berlin, Germany 'via Tampa-New York' (endorsed in m/s), tied by mute 4-ring h/s, sender h/s and addressee's seals along with Berlin '29.6.99' arrival c.d.s. on the reverse. Envelope with a light vert. fold (not affecting adhesives), still good.
