Outstanding Cuba mainly mint mostly NH collection in a five volume custom album on computer generated pages. From the beginning to mid 2013 over 99% complete for the pages. Lots of power, but no certificates. Spot checking after 1960 reveals most if not all NH. Many complete set. Huge apparent catalog value.
