France rare 1941 cover. A 1941 cover mailed from Camp of Rivesaltes to the US with Special Registered label and large censored cancel. The camp held Spanish Citizens fleeing Spain, Gypsies & Jews. In 1942 the foreign / non French Jews were sent to Auschwitz. One stamp is missing but does not detract that this is a cover from a dark period in modern french history.
