Congo Peoples and Democratic Republic Collections - Democratic is an unused collection of around 350+ stamps, 1960-1971, with Scott 670-87, 703-12, 727-30, 735-44. The People's Republic is a bit better with 400+ unused, used, CTO from 1959-96 with better like MNH Scott 183-90, 208-13, 233-6, C36, C45-51, C89-93. Both collections mounted on Steiner computer generated pages (may not be complete) in 3 binders. A few stock pages included with a bunch of CTO plus a bunch of unmounted. Generally F-VF.
