Aug 3" cds, addressed to Mrs. M.A. Haysnworth at Cohoes N.Y., Very Fine and choice, unusual use without CSA postage. EstimateĀ  $300 - 400. The "WHK" examiner's initials are of a known censor at Salisbury prison recorded by Harrison used from June to July 1862.
