Town postmark with "Steamship 10" rate handstamp on 1861 folded letter from Veracruz, Mexico to New York City, Veracruz oval date stamp on reverse, Very Fine, a very scarce CSA usage of U.S. postal markings on transiting mail to a northern state; with 1984 P.F. certificate.
