Four large margins, tied by "New Orleans, La./30 Nov." cds on cover addressed to "Francis Moreno, Spanish Vice Consul in Pensacola, Florida", reverse with blue oval handstamp of the Spanish Consulate in Washington, D.C. reduced at right, Very Fine and unusual, ex-Meroni.
