Dec 3" cds on folded cover to East Baton Rouge La., stamp has a vertical crease and a second part impression on back, evidently due to printing, stamp lifted and hinged in place to show reverse; minor cover faults and edge wear, Fine, ex-Caspary, Skinner. Scott No. 62X4a $9,000. THE ONLY RECORDED COVER BEARING THE 5¢ PRINTED-ON-BOTH-SIDES ERROR. The Scott Catalogue lists the brown on white printed on both sides (62X3a) error on cover, but the listing is apparently based on this cover.
