(1861) cds on buff triple-rate cover to Hon. Henry Marshall, Louisiana Delegate to Confederate Congress at Richmond, light gum soaks in bottom stamp of strip and faint gum soiling on others, Extremely Fine, ex-Knapp, Brown, Brooks, Grant, Weatherly and Kilbourne; signed S.
